Track Your Order

Live lookup is not enabled on this page yet. There is no tracking app or guest order-number form connected to the current theme, so this page does not pretend to return a status it cannot verify.

Use your Shopify order details

  1. Open the order-confirmation or shipping email sent to the address used at checkout.
  2. If you have a customer account, open your account and select the relevant order.
  3. When the order has been fulfilled and the carrier has supplied a number, the order details can show the carrier and tracking link.

What the statuses mean

  • Order confirmed: payment and order details were received.
  • Preparing: the order or custom artwork is being prepared.
  • Shipped: fulfilment has been created and a carrier link may appear after the first scan.
  • Delivered: the carrier reports delivery; check the carrier page for the latest event.

If you cannot find a tracking link

A custom order may still be preparing, or a carrier may not have published its first scan. Use Contact Us with your order number and the email used at checkout. Never send payment-card details to ask about an order.

Future low-cost option

A free order-tracking app or a Shopify-native customer-account enhancement could add guest lookup later. It must be selected, authorised and tested with a real test order before this page is changed to advertise live lookup.
